Do I need a monthly plan?
No. Plans suit businesses that rely on their systems daily. You can also pay per job.
Can you help remotely?
Yes. Most issues are fixed remotely the same day, and I come on-site across Durham and the GTA when needed.
We already have equipment. Will you make us replace it?
No. If it still does the job, I’ll keep it running and only recommend replacements when they’re truly worth it.
How fast do you respond?
Plan clients get priority. Everyone gets a reply within 24 hours, usually much sooner.
