About
Hi, I’m Zach.
I’m the person behind ZachTech, and the person you’ll talk to, work with and call when you need something. I help small businesses in Durham Region and the GTA put AI to work and keep their technology running smoothly.
Background
What I do
I like building, growing and maintaining systems that help people do what they do, only better. I’ve spent my career on small teams and studios, where one person has to own the whole system: setting it up, keeping it running and improving it as the team grows. ZachTech brings that same approach to your business.
Experience
What I bring
Small-team experience.
I’ve worked with several small teams and studios, so I know how a business runs when nobody has time to waste on broken tech.
I build and use this stuff daily.
Software, automations and AI tools are my everyday work. When I recommend something, I’ve used it in real work.
Systems that last.
I set things up to be maintained, documented and easy to grow, not patched together.
I teach.
I run hands-on AI workshops, so explaining technology in plain language is part of the job.
Principles
How I work
Honest advice first.
If you don’t need it, I’ll tell you.
Quoted upfront.
You see the number before work starts.
Documented and handed over.
You own your systems and accounts, and you’re never locked in.
